LATE ARRIVAL: With the increased traffic in the downtown area, patrons are advised to allow adequate time for travel, parking, walking to the theatre, security checks, finding seats, etc. Patrons should plan to be in their seats at least 1/2 hour prior to the scheduled showtime.
Once a performance has started, seating in your assigned seat may be restricted. You may be placed in alternate locations, if available, or not seated at all. This policy will be adjusted as necessary, at our sole discretion, to minimize overall disruption to the performance.

CAMERAS, AUDIO AND VIDEO TAPE RECORDERS are not permitted in the Fox Theatre. Taking photographs or using recording (audio/video) devices is strictly prohibited.

As a special exception to the Fox Theatre's operating policy, personal cameras will be allowed during Sesame Street Live performances only. Video and Audio devices, however, remain banned from the Fox Theatre.

CELLULAR PHONES are not permitted in the theater. Paging devices must not be audible..

DOCTORS AND PARENTS, as any patron you may not be paged during a performance. If you are expecting a call, please leave your name and seat location with the house manager or ticket taker. Direct your call to (313) 983-6490, attention house manager.

SMOKING is prohibited. The Fox Theatre is a smoke-free environment.

FIRE EXITS are indicated by lighted, red signs. Please use the exit nearest your seat for the shortest route out of theater. The ushers will assist you.

BARRIER-FREE seating locations, restrooms and telephone facilities are provided. Please advise the box office of seating requirements when ordering tickets.

F.M. HEARING ASSISTANCE DEVICES are available on a first come, first serve basis. To obtain a headset, please see an usher. A driver's license, charge card identification or picture ID must be exchanged for a device (this is a complimentary service).

RESTROOMS serving main floor patrons are located in the lower level lounge areas, men's on the right and women's on the left sides of the theatre. Mezzanine and Gallery A, B and C men's restrooms are located on the left and women's on the right sides. Barrier-free restrooms for mobility impaired patrons are located on the main floor and Gallery C, left side. For assistance, please contact an usher.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE are permitted in the seating area at most events. Bars are located in the Grand Lobby, as well as on the Gallery levels.

THE FOX PARKING STRUCTURE is located between Woodward Avenue and Park, just south of I-75 (Fisher Freeway). Entrances are on the Fisher Freeway service drive and Montcalm. The 1,100 car parking tower is well lighted and secure, including 32 spaces for handicapped parking. Handicapped parking spots are adjacent to the glass elevators on all eight levels.

REFUND POLICY There are no refunds on event and Red Wings tickets. All sales are final. Playoff ticket refunds will be issued for any unplayed games in the postseason. These refunds will be issued in the form of a check refund or a credit towards next year's season tickets.

SMOKING is prohibited inside Joe Louis Arena. Two designated smoking areas are roped off outside the east and west gates of the arena. You will need your ticket stub for re-admittance.

Comerica Park Venue Policies & Guest Relations:
(Please note many of the policies relate to baseball games only)
Gates open 2 hours prior to scheduled event time.

ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT No alcoholic beverages may be brought through the gates at Comerica Park. Michigan law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21. Therefore, guests will be required to show proper identification and proof of age when purchasing alcoholic beverages at Comerica Park. The vending of alcohol in the seating areas will cease at the end of the 7th inning. All alcohol sales will cease at the end of the 8th inning (may be cut off earlier at the discretion of Tigers management). Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. Guests may not take any alcoholic beverages out of the ballpark, and alcohol consumption is prohibited in the parking lots.

ANIMALS Guide Dogs and/or Assistance Dogs are welcome into Comerica Park. No other animals are permitted.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD) Assisted listening devices may be borrowed by guests to listen to the game while enjoying the ballpark atmosphere. These units are available free of charge at the Guest Services office located at section 130. A driver's license or state ID is required and will be held until the device is returned.

AUTOGRAPHS Guests are permitted to seek autographs along the railings near the playing field until 45 minutes prior to the start of the game. At that time, all guests will be requested to relocate to the section for which they hold tickets.

AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE Guests who are parked in a lot operated by Olympia Entertainment and experience automobile trouble may contact the lot attendant for assistance. The lot attendants are able to help with keys locked in the car and with jumps, if further assistance is required, the lot attendant can assist with contacting AAA or local service stations.

BABY CHANGING TABLES Baby changing tables are located in all rest rooms throughout Comerica Park.

BANNERS Banners may be displayed when the game is not in progress. Nothing may be hung over a railing where it might interfere with the game. Banners will be removed if considered an inconvenience to other guests, or if considered inappropriate in language and/or content.

BATS No bats are allowed to be brought into the park. Bats purchased at the Pro Shop must be left there until the fan is exiting the park.

CAMERAS/VIDEO Guests are welcome to bring still and video cameras into the park and may take pictures from their seats during the game. Guests are requested to not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking pictures. Tripods are not permitted in the park.

CANADIAN CURRENCY Canadian Currency is accepted at the applicable exchange rate at the Box Office, the main retail store, merchandise stands and concession stands. Canadian currency is not accepted for payment in the Olympia Entertainment parking facilities.

CHILDREN Children who are 3 years old or younger and who share a seat with an accompanying adult are admitted free of charge to a baseball game.

COOLERS/CONTAINERS/FOOD/DRINKS Due to Major League Baseball security guidelines which were imposed following Sept. 11, 2001, no coolers or backpacks will be allowed into the park. Large bags measuring over 14x14x14 are also not allowed into the ballpark. All permitted bags including purses, briefcases, and diaper bags will be searched before entering the park. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time when entering the park. Soft box and bag type drink containers (e.g. Hi-C drink boxes) are permitted, with children in attendance. No hard coolers of any kind are allowed. No bottles, cans, or other liquid containers are allowed into Comerica Park.

CONCESSIONS There are a variety of food and beverage items available throughout Comerica Park concourses on all levels, in the Big Cat Court (section 119) and in the Brushfire Grill (section 131), as well as vendors in the seating areas. All concession stands are accessible to our guests with disabilities, offering lower counters, as well as Braille menus. The concessions also have straws and lids available. Concession items available in Comerica Park include hot dogs, smoked sausage, kielbasa, Italian sausage, frozen daiquiris, handmade pretzels, French fries, Little Caesars pizza, gyros, catfish sandwiches, baked potatoes, fresh squeezed lemonade, elephant ears and ice cream.

DESIGNATED DRIVER The designated driver (21 and over) receives a coupon for a complimentary soda. Guests may sign-up at the Guest Services office behind section 130 on the main concourse.

ELEVATORS There are elevators located on the first base side behind section 109 (for access to the Tiger Club and 200 sections) and on the third base side behind section 130 (for access to Suite Levels and 300 sections).

EVACUATION PROCEDURE If there is any type of emergency situation that might cause a delay of the game or an evacuation of the ballpark please direct your attention to the scoreboard and listen for announcements on the PA system. Ballpark event associates will also provide direction. Guests with special needs should contact the nearest event associate for assistance.

EXCHANGES Tickets purchased for an individual game are exchangeable for tickets of equal value to any other regular season game, subject to availability. Tickets must be received no later than 2 days prior to the game for which the tickets were purchased. Group tickets must be received no later than 14 days prior to the game date. Tickets purchased at a discount may not always qualify for the same discount when exchanged for another game. Luxury Suite, Party Suite and Complimentary tickets are not exchangeable.

FAN INTERFERENCE For the safety and enjoyment of all, guests are requested to not interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by Comerica Park policy and a City of Detroit Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection or arrest and prosecution.

FIRST AID For guests in need of medical assistance, first aid rooms are located on the main concourse behind section 140 and on the upper (300 level) concourse behind section 331. If immediate medical attention is required, please contact the nearest event staff member for assistance.

FOOD Guests are permitted to bring food into the park, however, no hard or soft coolers of any kind are allowed. No bottles, cans, or other liquid containers are allowed into Comerica Park.

FOOD COURT The large, open-air Big Cat Food Court is located off the first base side of the main concourse (section 119) and features the only carousel in the Major Leagues. This area is designed in a circular fashion and features a variety of food choices including Little Caesars pizza, fresh squeezed lemonade, elephant ears, ice cream, French fries, handmade pretzels, delicatessen sandwiches, gyros, frozen daiquiris and other frozen soft drinks.

FOUL BALLS Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection. For the safety and enjoyment of all, guests are requested to not interfere with a ball in play or trespass onto the playing field. Interference and trespassing are prohibited by Comerica P rk policy and a City of Detroit Ordinance. Persons who violate this ordinance are subject to ejection or arrest and prosecution.

FUN MONEY Fun Money is available in $5 amounts and may be used to purchase food or souvenirs at a game. Fun Money must be purchased in advance of your game date through the Group Sales department at (313)471-BALL.

GATES OPEN Gates open 2 hours prior to the scheduled game time unless otherwise advertised.

GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates for games are available in $10 denomination and may be purchased by phone, mail, fax or in person at the Comerica Park Box Office. For more information, please call (313) 471-BALL.

GUEST CONDUCT The Tigers intend to provide all of our guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, the Tigers have established the following rules for expected guest conduct. Those failing to abide will be subject to ejection and possible arrest.
           - Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on park property;
  - Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game;
  - Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be asked to refrain from such;
  - Guests displaying extreme acts of public affection will be asked to refrain from such;
  - Guests appearing impaired by alcohol or drugs will be approached by Detroit Police;
  - Guests interfering with the progress of the game or going on to the field will be ejected from the park and subject to arrest and prosecution;
  - Guests refusing to show their ticket when asked by a Comerica Park representative;
  - Guests attempting to sit in seats for which they are not properly ticketed.
Those observing other guests violating the Tigers' policies should report the incident to the nearest Tigers associate.

GUEST COURTESY For the comfort and viewing of all guests, the Tigers encourage all guests to use courtesy and restrict movement in the seating areas during play. When returning to your seats, please wait for a break in the action before entering the aisles.

GUEST SERVICES For your convenience, Guest Services offices are located at section 130 on the main concourse, at section 210 and at section 331 on the upper concourses. Guest Service representatives will help guests with a variety of concerns, including lost children, ticket problems, and other general questions or inquiries, etc. Guest Service Representatives are trained to work with guests that have special needs to ensure they have an enjoyable and pleasant visit.

HEARING IMPAIRED For our guests that are hearing impaired, we are glad to have Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) available that will allow these guests to listen to the game while enjoying the ballpark atmosphere. They are available for loan, free of charge, at the Guest Services offices located at sections 130 (main concourse), 210 and 331 (upper concourses). A drivers' license or state ID is required and will be held until the device is returned. Not only is our scoreboard the largest in Major League Baseball but it also provides game information for our hearing impaired fans. The scoreboard displays pre-game ceremony information, national anthem participants, line-up changes, public announcements and other information.

INJURY DISCLAIMER The ticket holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the game of Baseball, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls, and agrees that the Commissioner, the Participating Clubs, their Agents and Players are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes.

KIDS ID WRISTBANDS The Tigers offer wristbands upon which a child's seating location may be recorded. This information aids in reuniting lost kids with their parents or guardians. The wristbands are available at the Guest Services offices located at section 130, 210 and 331.

LASER POINTERS No laser pointers, or other laser devices, are allowed inside Comerica Park.

LATE ENTRY TICKETS $8 standing room tickets are sold at the Comerica Park Box Office, located on Witherell Street near Gate A, from the middle of the 5th inning through the end of the game. Late entry tickets are subject to availability.

LOST AND FOUND During games, items turned in may be claimed at the Guest Services office. To inquire about lost items after the game day,please contact Guest Services at (313)471-2000.

LOST CHILDREN The Tigers suggest that a parent/guardian obtain a Kids ID wristband (available at Guest Service locations) to assist Tigers ssociates in locating their group. Detroit Police, Crowd Management personnel and Guest Services staff will help in locating a lost child. Adults looking for lost children should go to one of the Guest Services offices located behind sections 130, 210 and 331.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS Reprints for tickets lost or stolen may require written proof of game date and seat location detail. A police report may also be necessary. Tickets that can be verified as lost, stolen or not received may be reprinted and held for pickup on game day. For more information, please contact the Tigers Ticket Services Department.

MCDONALD'S Located on the Main Concourse behind right field, McDonald's is the place to grab a great tasting meal on game days and non-game days. With seating for 140, a specialized "Tigers" theme and a panoramic view of Comerica Park, McDonald's is the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

MESSAGES Although there is no paging except in the case of an emergency, guests are welcome to stop by Guest Services and leave their seat location. If a guest needs to be contacted an event associate will deliver the message. Please leave the Guest Service number (313) 471-2436 your seat location with anyone who may need to contact you while you're at the game.

MOBILITY IMPAIRED SEATING Seating is available for our guests with mobility impairments in various seating categories throughout Comerica Park. For more information, please contact the Tigers Ticket Department. (See also SEATING AREAS, TICKET PURCHASE)

NETS/NOISEMAKERS Butterfly nets or any other kind of nets are prohibited in the ballpark. Airhorns, bullhorns, bugles, cowbells or any other type of noisemaker that is deemed offensive or dangerous to guests or players are prohibited.

OFFICIAL GAME A game is considered official after 4 1/2 innings have been completed if the Tigers are in the lead, 5 innings if the Tigers are losing at the time of the delay. (See also RAIN CHECKS, RAIN DELAYS)

PAGING The public address system may be used for paging only in emergencies. No other pages will be made. Those seeking assistance should go to one of the Guest Services offices.

PARKING Olympia Entertainment operates and manages approximately 5,000 parking spaces surrounding Comerica Park. There are also numerous other privately operated parking facilities within a 15-20 minute walk of Comerica Park. For a map of available parking, please contact Guest Services.

Disabled: All Olympia Entertainment parking facilities have ADA compliant parking spaces. A state issued license plate or placard plus verification of ownership of the plate or placard is required in order to use these spaces. Guests with disabilities may be dropped off and picked up on Witherell Street, just south of Montcalm Street, by Gate A.

Buses: Parking for tour buses will be determined on a game-by-game basis. For more information, please contact the Group Sales Department.

PEDDLING/VENDING/LEAFLETING Free speech activities may not impede safe pedestrian flow or block access to the turnstiles or exit gates. It shall be up to the discretion of the Detroit Police Officers to ask individuals to move if it is felt that a safety hazard or impediment of the free flow of pedestrian traffic is occurring. Vending, peddling or product sampling is not allowed.

RAIN CHECKS (Baseball Games) Rainout and unplayed games due to inclement weather are an inevitable part of outdoor baseball. In the event 5 innings of one game are not played, except when the Tigers are in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, the following Rain Check policy will apply:

Valid Rain Checks may be exchanged for a ticket of equal value to any regular season Tigers home game (subject to availability). Season Ticket, Special Plan and Group (15 or more) rain checks are governed by season ticket policies and may not always qualify for any exchange. Specific information regarding any cancelled game is available by calling (313)471-BALL or by visiting our website in the Rainout and Reschedule area of the Tickets section.

Valid Rain Checks may be exchanged in person at the Comerica Park Box Office or at any game day window. Exchanges may also be made by mailing your rain check to the Comerica Park Ticket Department, 2100 Woodward Ave., Detroit, MI 48201-3474. Include your name, address and requested game date. Please allow 10 days for mailing.

RAIN DELAYS According to the rules of Major League Baseball, the home team is the sole judge as to conditions of the playing field, prior to the start of the game. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. He shall not call the game until at least 30 minutes after he has suspended play. He may continue the suspension as long as he believes there is a chance to resume play. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions of as much as 30 minutes each shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no reasonable possibility of completing the ballgame. If a game is postponed or not played because of inclement weather or other reason, rain checks may be exchanged for any regular season game (subject to availability) either by mail or in person at the Comerica Park box office. RAMPS There are 2 ramps to assist guests to the upper levels of Comerica Park. The grade on both ramps conforms to ADA standards. The Montcalm Street ramp is located at section 125/325 and the Brush Street ramp is located at section 140/340.

RE-ENTRY GATES Guests needing to exit and re-enter Comerica Park to retrieve items from their vehicle, etc. may do so at either Gate A (section 117) or Gate C (section 147).

REFUNDS Valid rain checks are refundable by mail only. No refunds are offered for games played on their scheduled date.

RESALE OF TICKETS/SCALPING Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any Federal, State or Local law or regulation. Resale of game tickets at any price is strictly prohibited in and around Comerica Park. The Detroit Police Department may ticket violators.

REST ROOMS All rest rooms in Comerica Park are accessible with wider stalls, lower sinks, mirrors, soap and towel dispensers. Companion/Family rest rooms are located behind sections 120, 139, 210 and 342. All of the rest rooms offer baby changing stations.

SEATING AREAS Limited seating behind homeplate (section 125-130) and protected by the screen is available for our guests with visual impairments. Wheelchair accessible sections are located throughout the park and are designed to provide an unobstructed line of sight to the playing field.

SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited in all seating areas, rest rooms, concession stands/areas and concourses (except where specifically designated for smoking) of Comerica Park. Designated smoking areas are the open air area of ramps behind sections 125 and 140, the concourse area behind section 101-102, the open air area of ramps behind sections 325 and 340, and the rooftop areas behind sections 215-216. There may also be smoking areas available within the private club areas, the Beer Hall and restaurants.

SPECIAL NEEDS The Tigers are dedicated to accommodating the needs of our guests with disabilities and their families and friends so that they may all enjoy their visit to Comerica Park. Our new facility meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as offering other features suggested by representatives of the disabled community. The staff at Comerica Park is pleased to offer the very best in service to all of our guests and is proud of our training in special needs. Even PAWS has learned some basic American Sign Language.

TAILGATING Food and beverage consumption outside the ballpark or in the surrounding parking facilities (including inside parked vehicles) is unlawful and prohibited.

TELEPHONES Telephones are located throughout Comerica Park and are wheelchair accessible and all offer volume control. The Guest Services office on the main concourse at section 130 offers a TTY equipped phone.

TOURS Guided tours of Comerica Park are available for individuals and groups. Public tours are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10 a.m., 12 noon and 2 p.m. from June 14 through August 27 on NON-GAME DAYS ONLY. Highlights include the visitors' clubhouse and the press box.

Tours start and end at the Tiger Club entrance located on Witherell at Elizabeth Street.

All tours are accessible to guests with disabilities; however, please contact Park Operations and let them know of your special needs so that we may be fully prepared to accommodate you.

TURNSTILES Comerica Park turnstiles will scan the tickets in order for the guests to move through the turnstile. Each guest should hold their own ticket in order for the entrance lines to move in an orderly, quick fashion.

UMBRELLAS Umbrellas are allowed in the Park. For the comfort and clear viewing of all guests, it is requested that those using umbrellas be considerate of those around them.

UPPER DECK ACCESS The upper deck may be accessed via ramps at section 125 (Montcalm Street) and section 140 (Brush Street) or elevators at section 109 (for the 200 sections) and section 130 (for the suites and the 300 sections). Escalator access (up only) to the 300 level is also available in the Big Cat Court at section 121.

All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Prohibited items may be returned to one's vehicle. (See also RESTRICTIONS)

WHEELCHAIRS (transportation) Transportation wheelchairs are available at every entrance for transportation to the seating areas. A member of your group simply needs to borrow a wheelchair by providing his or her driver's license or state-issued ID to the Guest Service Representative at the entrance. The ID will be held until the wheelchair is returned. At times, the Tigers will provide a person to assist the patron with the wheelchair.

Please keep in mind that these wheelchairs are available for transportation to and from the seating areas but not for general use during the game. There are a limited number of these wheelchairs, so please allow adequate time if one is required.

Important Traffic Advisory
With more than seven active theatres in the Foxtown area, traffic and parking can be a challenge if you don't plan ahead. Doors open 60 minutes prior to show time for all Fox Theatre events and most Joe Louis Arena and Cobo Arena events. We highly recommend that you arrive at least 60 minutes before your event.
