Olympia has catered Detroit's hottest events and for the nation's brightest stars since 1927. We've prepared both simple, high-quality dishes and the utmost in extravagant menus for the world's most famous, including everyone from the Beatles to 'N sync.

Nearly every Detroiter - billions to date - has enjoyed superbly gourmet dishes at one of our star-studded events, or even the simpler things such as hot dogs served steaming hot at Joe Louis Arena.

Major clients such as Cadillac, Dupont, Fash Bash, Price Waterhouse, the Uptown Palladium in Birmingham, and so many more have enjoyed both our off-premise and on-site services. We've also catered weddings for 100-600 guests, including those for some of Michigan's most prominent families.

Olympia Entertainment has the expertise and time-tested and reliable services and locations for any event. Olympia Entertainment will help plan social gatherings for 100 to 4,000 guests, including company picnics, retirement parties, fairs, luncheons, fundraisers, barbeques, or gloriously lavish special events. In addition, our catering and event planning division can also plan personal events such as family reunions, high school or college reunions, weddings, showers, funerals and more.

With more than seven decades of experience, Olympia Entertainment will offer clients the basics, or do all the planning, including securing a location, setting up linen service, hiring wait staff, florists and everything else required to make an event spectacular. We can do as little or as much as needed.

Joe Louis Arena:
For the true sports lover, Joe Louis Arena - home of the 1997, 1998 and 2002 Stanley Cup Champions - is a wonderful and exciting location for your next corporate event, fundraiser, private skating party, or wedding reception. We can accommodate a gathering of 60-1,200 guests using various areas within the arena, including the Olympia Club or Alumni Room.

Cobo Arena:
Conveniently located between Cobo Exhibition Center and Joe Louis Arena, Cobo Arena offers a spacious veranda with a spectacular view overlooking Windsor, Canada, and the Detroit River. With a seating capacity of more than 12,000 and more than 22,000 square feet of available floor space, this venue offers an acoustically ideal surrounding that can provide trade shows, concerts, seminars, or other special events with a unique and intimate setting.

Fox Theatre:
Beautifully restored to its original splendor, the fabulous Fox Theatre sets the stage for the most unique and spectacular events. Whether a business meeting, convention, awards ceremony, fund-raiser or other special event, the Fox Theatre will elegantly fulfill all your needs.

The Fox Theatre can service up to 900 guests for sit-down dinners, 1,500 guests for hors d'oeuvres or 4,800 for an awards event or private concert. The unique and elegant setting of the historic Fox Theatre offers many event options. The Fox Theatre also offers Dinner and a show packages, with the Mezzanine level available 90 minutes prior to a scheduled show for 50-300 guests.

Important Traffic Advisory
With more than seven active theatres in the Foxtown area, traffic and parking can be a challenge if you don't plan ahead. Doors open 60 minutes prior to show time for all Fox Theatre events and most Joe Louis Arena and Cobo Arena events. We highly recommend that you arrive at least 60 minutes before your event.
