Handling Fees
All Olympia Entertainment Ticket orders include a $6 non-refundable handling fee.
This $6 handling fee is per order, NOT per ticket.

Refunds
Olympia Entertainment tickets, once purchased can not be refunded or exchanged.

Snow Emergencies
Olympia Entertainment events will not be cancelled for weather related circumstances.
In the event that a snow emergency occurs on a scheduled school show performance, every attempt will be made to ensure that your group can enjoy the performance while it is at The Fox Theatre. This is usually accomplished by allowing students with tickets for the school performance to attend another show during the performance run.
If students are unable to attend another performance, vouchers may be issued by the touring show to attend the same show the following year, or the next time it is in Detroit.
Refunds are rarely issued in snow emergencies as our goal is to make sure that the children have an opportunity to enjoy the performance.

Changes
Any Group Sales order can be changed at anytime prior to the full payment deadline. After the payment deadline, changes may be made based on availability and show policy. Full payment is required within 24 hours for any ticket reserved after the full payment deadline. Group Discounts ARE NOT AVAILABLE on the day of the event.

Deadlines
Olympia Entertainment reserve the right to charge full box office prices for any ticket not paid in full by the designated full payment deadline. Olympia Entertainment also reserves the right to cancel tickets without notification after the designated full payment deadline.
